ASCD Author Retreat

My co-author, Jessica Hockett, and I recently returned from an Authors' Retreat held by ASCD in Alexandria, Virginia. We had the privilege of learning with and from some our heroes including (but not limited to) Jay McTighe, Heidi Hayes Jacobs, Harry Silver, Matt Pereni, Yvette Jackson, Baruti Kafele, Robyn Jackson, Sue Brookhart, and Aaron Sams. We left refreshed, stretched, energized, and inspired... just what we needed to put the wind in our sails as we finish our upcoming book, Differentiation in the Elementary Grades: Strategies to Engage and Equip all Learners. We are deeply grateful for our time with the incredible folks at ASCD!
